The JLGT Team

Paige Hall is a Project Manager at Nemours Children's Health. She graduated with a degree in Athletic Training from Eastern University and a Master's in Health Administration at the George Washington University. 

Paige got involved in JLGT during her time at George Washington University when she was given the sage advice to find a way to get on a board to grow her leadership experience. After LinkedIn stalking her classmates, she found Shivaram, who was in her class, and texted him "Put me on your board". Chris and Shiv, needing a 3rd to settle any possible debates, and manage our social media, offered Paige the position. 

Paige was born and raised in Sherman Oaks, CA and now resides in Wilmington, DE with her lovely husband Nick, and their 3 cats.

Shivaram Muruga is a co-founder of the JLGT Foundation. In addition to his work with JLGT,  Shivaram is the Program Manager for Clinical Informatics at Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC. Shivaram graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and holds a Master's in Health Administration from the George Washington University. 

Shivaram was born and raised in Pittsfield, MA and now resides in Washington, DC.

Chris Darroch is a co-founder of the JLGT Foundation. In addition to his work with JLGT, Chris is a Vice President at Greenberg Corporate Intelligence, a Washington, DC-based investigations and intelligence firm. Chris is a graduate of American University as well as co-founder of the hit band Cardboard Planets.

Chris was born and raised in Dalton, MA and now resides in Silver Spring, MD with his fiancee Liv, and 3 puppers Ralph, Blooper and Dot
